Terms
Last updated 25 August 2026
These terms govern use of Portal OS (“the service”). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Portal OS is software for running a company. Access is by invitation of the organisation that holds the account. You must keep credentials private and use the service only for lawful business.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you put into the service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data so we can provide the service, including sending it to a third-party platform when you ask us to (for example posting to a connected social account).
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to send content you do not have the right to send. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change is posted on this page is acceptance of the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
