Portal OS (“the service”) is operated so that authorised users can run their company from one workspace. This notice explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

We collect the information you and your organisation put into the service: accounts, orders, messages, files, and settings. We also collect technical logs that are needed to keep the service running (for example sign-in time, IP address, and browser type).

How we use it

We use that information only to provide, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the service.

Third parties

Some features send content to platforms you connect (for example a social network you authorise). Those platforms then process the content under their own terms. We only send what you ask us to send.

Retention

We keep information for as long as the account needs it, and for a limited period afterwards where the law or a dispute requires it. You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of personal data we hold.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage only for sign-in and preferences. We do not use advertising cookies.
